The Buckles and Boards wishes your shopping experience
with us to be a happy one.
We sell a wide variety of merchandise that includes items that are
custom orders or require installation.
Our warranty and return policy vary with the product lines. Listed
below are our return policies for the various lines. When ordering if
you have a question about the return policy of a product that we may
not have covered, just ask. |

General Requirements for Return and Refund |

1. You must have the original sales
slip.
2. Refund will be made to the credit card the item was purchased on.
3. Items purchased by check will be refunded 2 weeks from date of
deposit
4. Product must be returned in the original package in new condition
5. Refund will be made less the cost of shipping
6. Refund will be allowed on purchases up to 30 days from the date of
purchase
7. Shrink wrapped products must be unopened and in original shrink
wrap
8. All Custom orders are not able to be returned. |

Defective or Damage Items |
| Buckles and Boards
will repair or replace at its sole option any item that is defective
or damaged. |
