Season Rental Program
1) Complete the Season Rental Agreement and Release form Liability Form. Be sure to complete the form accurately. It determines the size of the equipment and the retention and release settings on the bindings.
2) After you submit and Pay for your season rental, fax us at (781)-834-0311 with a drawing of your child's foot. (Traced on a piece of paper) Boot sizes need to be accurate to avoid injury and often differ from that of shoe sizes.
3) Escrow Funds of $100 for each rental will be charged
to your account and are fully refundable when the equipment is returned
by May 31st, 2012. Escrow will show up on your invoice under handling
charge,
$100 Escrow + $70 shipping = $170 handling charge.
4) Equipment will be assembled and ready for use when you receive it. Save the packaging and use it to return the equipment when the season ends, but no later then May 31st, 2012. Call our customer service line (781-834-7097) and we will arrange for the equipment to be picked up by either UPS or Fed-Ex. When we receive the equipment at the end of the season we immediately refund your security deposit. It's that easy.
